I have been having such a great time playing with the homespun linen and little arms I recently acquired. The porcelain doll arms are from Germany and were dug from the earth from the grounds of an old doll factory that operated between 1890-1920. The linen is somewhere between 80 and 120 years old. You can read the story behind the linen here. I believe the sweet lady I bought it from still has some available. Anyway I've been busy with more ideas than time to bring what's in my head to life. Here are a few of my latest pieces...
I love these so much!! How clever to give your artwork a little dimension! The quilters are so detailed! I also love Emma! She's beautiful!
