I wanted to tell you about Pam, my supplier for the little arms I use in my embroideries. I just ordered another batch to use for a piece that will be published in a book later this year. I received them today in the mail. I found she wrapped each arm with a little message asking to be the one chosen for the book. Opening the package was so much fun! She is such a pleasure to do business with. You can visit her Etsy shop, a little piece of my art, by clicking here.

Tonight I am proud to be an arms dealer. I am actually an audiologist by day and sell arms at night.
ReplyDeleteI just have to make sure I provide the arms to the right people, don't want anyone to turn around and use the arms against me.

ReplyDeletePam the Arms Dealer (genuis, by the way) sounds like my kind of gal. I'll be checking her shop, for sure!
xoxo.
Thanks for checking out my shop. Mary's granddaughter came up with the Pam the Arms Dealer and I agree it WAS genius!
ReplyDeleteI am happy I went to this blog because I have enjoyed being the arms dealer for the one, my favorite repeat customer. It was neat seeing actual pictures of her. I had no idea she was SOOOO COOL! and a beautiful daughter to boot!
I almost forgot to mention, I was selected as a feature on www.sellonetsy.com. I purchased his books and he invited me to be a featured artist, but I have to say, I am a better arms dealer than artist!
ReplyDeleteCheck it out.
Great feature - love the picture and little messages! I see Pam is also a head-dealer too...
ReplyDeleteWow- how cool of her to wrap the arms this way!
